Earning Rewards: Customers can accumulate punches on their loyalty cards with every eligible transaction. A total of 10 punches on a card will qualify the customer for a special discount.
Reward Structure:
- Haircut Services Card: Upon reaching 10 punches, customers will enjoy a $5 discount on their next haircut service.
- Retail Services Card: Customers with 10 punches on their retail services card will receive a 20% discount on their next retail purchase.
- Color Services Card: A fully punched color services card grants customers a 20% discount on their next color service.
Card Usage:
- Each client is entitled to one loyalty card, specific to the service they frequent.
- Rewards are non-transferrable between different loyalty cards.
- The rewards earned are not redeemable for cash.
Redemption: Customers can redeem their rewards at the time of their next transaction. The loyalty card must be presented and verified by our staff to apply the discount.
General Terms:
- Only one loyalty card can be used per transaction.
- Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
- Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced, and punches cannot be transferred to a new card.
